Marshalls Animal Park
Situated adjacent to McLaren Falls Park, this is 35 acres of animals and fun. The park has picnic spots with tables and a great observation point on top of a hill offering wonderful panoramic views. There is a playground, flying fox, pony rides and lambs, piglets and kid goats.
Horse Treks
Ride along the Bay of Plenty coastline or over lush rolling farmland on a horse trekking adventure. Climb into the saddle, share your passion for horses and enjoy the amazing views and fresh farm air.
Bay Park Stadium
Action-packed speedway and sprint car meetings are held every weekend during the months of November to around April. Every second Sunday the Bay Blokart Club meet to race their sailing machines. This stadium is also the venue for various events throughout the year.
Movies
Sip a glass of wine from your armchair while taking in the latest movie in the local 6-Cinema, or at Rialto Cinema enjoy something different in a festival film.
Live Music
Live music is plentiful in Mount Maunganui and Tauranga. Visit one of the Mounts bars or take the trip over to Tauranga where there are endless choices on The Strand.
Annual Festivals
They come from around New Zealand to soak up the atmosphere at the annual Jazz Festival in April, the Garden and Arts Festival in November and Wild Foods Festival are all fabulous local events not to be missed.
Paint Ball
For a great fun afternoon paint ball is the ticket! Hide from, attack and ambush your friends in native forest, armed with a paint-shooting gun. Great fun!

Bay of Plenty’s largest mall (Bayfair) is just a 5 minute drive from Cutterscove, or choose any one of the number of shopping complexes in Tauranga and Mount Maunganui (including Tauranga’s CBD)
