Our 3 Bedroom Courtyard apartments are very popular. These road-front apartments have their own private and spacious courtyard (31 square metres) with outdoor furniture, and direct access to Mount Maunganui beach - just cross the road and your standing on the soft sand dunes! You can even park your car directly out front of your apartment if you so choose. Each courtyard is tiled and has a small raised garden.
Both the open-plan living/dining room and the master bedroom open out onto the lovely courtyard.
Your lounge features two couches, an armchair, stylish coffee table and a dining table and chairs. There is also a Video player, quality CD stereo and television (with SKY TV channels) for your entertainment. Contemporary art adorns the walls and feature lighting provides a soft backdrop during the evenings.
Cutters Cove Apartment kitchens are very well-appointed. Features include a stainless double-draw dishwasher, stainless microwave, electric oven with cook top, large fridge freezer, spacious pantry and stylish bar stools. Your kitchen also has a toaster, kettle, and all the cookware, crockery etc that you will need for your stay.
These apartments all sleep up to 6 people in three bedrooms, with one additional person in a roll-away bed on request.
The master bedroom (which opens out onto the pretty courtyard) features a Queen bed. The master bedroom also boasts a full ensuite. There is also a Queen Bed in the second bedroom, while the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have a double wardrobe, bedside lighting and an alarm clock.
There are two telephones in your apartment - one in the living/dining room and one in the master bedroom.
